Free shipping on orders over $50.
Load up the hat clip. Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 pay standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout.

Processing time
Orders usually ship within [3-5 business days]. We pack every order ourselves, so give us a moment to get yours out the door. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you pick at checkout. Estimated times are shown at checkout. [Carriers: USPS / UPS / etc.]

Tracking your order

Lost, damaged, or wrong item?
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, or something arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us at CustomerService@ShaftedGolfCo.com with your order number and a photo if you have one. We’ll sort it out.

Wrong address?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at CustomerService@ShaftedGolfCo.com. We can update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
